Cerkaz cheese is a mild type of cheese, cannot be melted when baked or fried in oil. It is also known as "circassian cheese" produced by circassian turkey people, it can be eaten with salad

Ingredients Required:

Milk (3 liters)
Citric acid (3 teaspoon)
Salt (14.5g)

Preparation Method:

  • You will get 500g of circassian cheese with mentioned ingredients
  • Heat the milk in stainless steel pot on medium-high heat and occasionally stir it
  • Add citric acid in milk, it makes to form curd congeals
  • Now remove the whey using cheese cloth
  • Now sprinkle salt on cheese and cover it with cheese cloth and place a light weight on it
  • Keep it for overnight and the next day, enjoy the taste
