Menemen is a dish ofscrambled eggs for a quick supper or tasty lunch and perfect for summer with full of nutrition's.

Ingredients Required:

For 1 person
Eggs (2)
Tomatoes (1 medium size)
Green peppers (2)
Sliced white onions (1)
Oil (5g)
Salt (4.5g)
Pepper (2.5g)

Preparation Method:

  • Beat the eggs in a bowl
  • Add little salt and pepper, mix well
  • Heat the oil in pan then fry onions and peppers with changing color
  • After 2 minutes, add chopped tomatoes
  • Cook until all the veggies are really soft and nice (this takes approximately 5-8 minutes)
  • Now put the beaten eggs into it and stir continuously until it begins to firm and barely set
  • Immediately remove from pan and serve for best taste
