Grilled Chicken with Charred Bok Choy, Radishes & Spicy Peanut Sauceå

Peanut Sauce

  • 1 scallion, minced, white and light green parts only
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
