1 cup Sheeps Milk Cheese or Cottage Cheese or the fifty-fifty mix of both
1 tablespoon Sour Cream
⅓ cup Butter
1 Red Onion, finely chopped
½ teaspoon Ground Caraway Seeds
1 teaspoon Ground Paprika
½ teaspoon Salt (if you use only sheep milk cheese, do not use salt)
A pinch of Ground Black Pepper
- Combine the cheese, sour cream, and butter.
