Stuffed cabbage rolls with lingonberries

Ingredients

Cabbage rolls:

  • 1½ kg cabbage
  • 2 teaspoons salt/liter of water
  • ½dl rice
  • 1dl water
  • 4dl milk 3%
  • ½ onion, chopped, sautéed in butter – cool
  • 350g minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • 2 pinches of white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons syrup
  • butter
  • water

Sauce:

  • 4dl veal stock – from rolls
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons water, stir together with the flour
  • 1dl whipping cream
  • salt and pepper
  • a little soy
